Arnold Schwarzenegger says Bruce Willis will be remembered...

According to CNN, Arnold Schwarzenegger has a lot of love for Bruce Willis.

On Sunday, Bruce turned 68 years old... Happy Birthday Bruce!

He celebrated with his family as he has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia for which there is no cure. His wife states that as she celebrates his birthday, she is also grieving him.

According to Mayo Clinic the causes of frontotemporal dementia are generally unknown, however the the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain shrink. In addition, certain substances accumulate in the brain. When things like this happen to people it makes you wonder what could you had done better to live a healthier lifestyle. It may even make one think what's the point of living healthy if there's some type of genetic monster that may get to you down the road.

In spite of all the diseases and genetic mutations that can attack us I believe it's always important to stay disciplined in a healthy lifestyle because it appears that it greatly decreases your odds of becoming as, or prematurely, ill.

Someone once told me you can take your vitamins to stay healthy, or you can take medicine to get better. At the end of the day it's your choice.

Stay healthy my friends!

Please share any daily health tips or secrets that work for you.
